About TK Color Design
TK Color Design is owned and operated by Trish Kubicek. Trish has been an avid 'Do it Herself' person for several years thanks to growing up on an acreage in Northern Iowa. Trish started working in the Home Improvement industry in 2018. While obtaining her Master's Degree, Trish was an Assistant Store Manager at a hardware in West Des Moines when she discovered a passion and aptitude for Benjamin Moore paint color. Trish started doing in-home color consulting in 2018 and also started creating art pieces using house paint.
In 2022, Trish left her teaching career at Des Moines Area Community College to work full time as an Architectural Paint and Stain Specialist. While working primarily with Benjamin Moore and General Finishes, Trish expanded her skills in color design by helping customers with their product and color selections.
In late 2024, Trish decided to expand her color services in order to better meet the needs of her customers.
Process
I offer several packages which will have services included. I ask potential clients to first complete an interest form and after review I will schedule a time to meet with the client either on the project location or at mutually agreed upon location.
Interest Survey
Complete a quick online form that let's me know what services you are looking for and your time frame.
Initial Meeting
I will meet with you to formalize a service package and contract that best suits your project and needs.
Samples and Products
I will gather materials and color samples and bring them to you when it works for you.
Seeing it Through
Whether you are Doing it Yourself or in need of professionals, I will work with you to see your project completed.
